One Of The Worst Govt. Departments Of Haryana... No Facilities At All For Visitors... A Big Hall But Limited Chairs For Seating... Ridiculous & Badly Stink Washrooms... Not Sufficient Air Conditioning... Very Few Air Conditioners & Many Not Working... The Biggest & Major Cause Of Concern Is That Most Of The Time The Server Remains Down As It Was Today... People Who Skip Their Offices & Other Important Works To Get The Registration Of Properties Done, Waste Their Whole Day As Server Remains Down... Everyday There Is Hundreds Of Crores Revenue Generated Here But Shameless Govt. Doesn't Spend Single Penny On Upkeep Of Server & Any Facility For Visitors... Overall A Worst Experience..

Property registration is done here. More than 10 counters are there. Ample space for visitors. Property dealers help in getting the registration done. But work is slow. We could get it completed in two hours after the appointed time. Parking space is also sufficient but parking is done in haphazard way. No drinking water facilities could be seen. It was lacking. Though use of technology is there but not so effective in disposal of registration fast.

For public work you are not permitted to enter from the front gate nor you are allowed to take your car upto the Portico. That is reserved for the Tehsil officers. You are permitted to enter from the right of the building into 2 halls. Work is done in both as per your Token. Parking is on your left ,in an open premises just before the Office and adjacent to it. Present charges are Rs 50 each entry. Cleanliness is missing. Brokers have their stalls 50 meters away towards Dharam Road.

Systematic & Organised office for registration of will / properties and other documents . Ample sitting area for customers during their wait period. Adjacent building office is for driving license registration & issuance.
