My experience has been somewhat disappointing with Mr. Sharma and their team and I felt ignored and not responded to after I had made my payment. There were commitment issues initially when I was contacted by a girl from his team and she sounded knowledgeable and made so many commitments about my property verification request and at the end I was just given last 24 years encumbrance certificate of the property I was buying, no ownership history and no advice on property purchase and I paid 7600rs for that and I had to reach out to them several times to get a response (Ma'am i was contacted by stopped responding after the payment) and it seems like they have a bunch of sales people sitting to get clients and after the payment is done they focus on acquiring more clients and ignoring or not properly handling the once they have taken money from.

I had a very positive experience with my advocate. From the very beginning, they were extremely professional, understanding, and supportive.
