Nakhoda Masjid is the largest mosque in Kolkata and is a masterpiece of Indo-Saracenic architecture and the Chaotic Charm of Zakaria Street remains a sensory overload year-round. Nearest Metro Station gate Mg road gate no 2 and don’t miss it’s street food always the truest and most raw form. I visited during Ramzan month it’s beautiful.

The mosque is very beautiful and well maintained. However, during Ramadan many people seemed more interested in roaming and taking photos than worship. It would be good if visitors maintained the spiritual atmosphere of this sacred place.

Good place. Masjid area is clean and good. Near by local area you can get punjabi and kurta at very affordable price and also get variety of attars. Best for haleem, chicken and mutton kebab. In the month of Ramadhaan it is congested at evening every day.
