Sabse ghatiya internet service hai I recommend that never take their connection . Poorest and bakwas connection in Bahadurgarh they take 1 week for Installation then also we have to remind they block calls of the customers. My personal experience was that ii called them for a connection they told after 2 days they will establish the connection but after 2 days they only setup wire and told that their manager is on holiday they will setup tomorrow then I called them they always reject or refused my calls. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Not to take service from them ....

Worst service. Slow speeding. And basically no contact for customer care or complaints

Pathetic service. Have been calling them, complained several times. They never respond. Only time they respond on time, rather before time, is when they have to collect their fees. Speed of wifi is so poor that even mobile net is faster. False claims of speed in description. You ask them for improvement, they’ll ask you to purchase a new router blaming the previous router to be too old to provide better speed. There are better providers in area. I’d suggest you not to take their service if you want peace of mind. Poor net in today’s time is an irritant which must be avoided.
