Very bad experience I had. They don't give replacement if you report to them about quality. Their saleman is also rude. Many times their meat has medicine taste in it. Something is seriously wrong.

Very bad experience from last time. I ordered their raw mutton keema last night. It was horrendous and stinking.. Anyone could have figured it out that it had gone bad. When we called them to inform, staff didn't respond appropriately. Nobody owns responsibility for anything here. Cheap people. Beware customers.

Worst experience. Pathetic staff, bad product. Their meat has some medicine taste in it. They have no exchange policy. I don't recommend anyone to buy from it. I suggest not to buy frozen meat from any of crossing republik shop. I think they all mix something in their products. Better to buy from freshly cut shop like Shahberi murga market or if you can afford, go for big basket or licious

Till the time all good was good. As I found pesticides taste in their one of processed meat products, I lodged complaint and their staff 'Bobby' behaved like a goon. I felt I have caught them red handed and he knows, what they do. He started ignoring my complaint. After lot pressure he took the packet and said that he will send to company and I can take feedback later, what was the cause. After few days, when I visited, he behaved absolutely rude and told me that their company didn't find anything wrong. I asked to share his owner no., which he bluntly refused to share. I didn't want any trouble, so simply changed my shop. But, yes they definitely mix some chemicals to extend the shelf life of products, which tastes like pesticides in fresh products. Reply on Green Chip Chop reply - Good to see acknowledge of complaint and also arrogance in your reply. Who are you only to decide when a genuine complaint is lodged? A simple customer retainment strategy should have been to give replacement of my product bought and give apologies. And please train your staff to be customer friendly. Anyways already taken away few of your customers....

Best and hygienic place to buy non veg products. Best part is the cleanliness and hygiene being maintained. Hats off to the Owner for his hospitality and customer centric approach who's ensuring that the customers are attended well with the products customers ask for.
