Worst Experience Ever at Champaran Meet House Unprofessional & Disrespectful This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. I ordered fish curry, and after waiting over 1.5 hours, they delivered only gravy no fish at all. When I tried to call and report the issue, Mr. Pankaj (the owner) told me, “I’m busy with other orders” and ignored my concerns completely. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue quickly just rude behavior and zero accountability. To make things worse, the staff was unprofessional, lacked basic customer service skills, and clearly had no idea how to handle a complaint properly. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of respect for the customer. If this is how they treat people, I won’t be returning and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
Portion and taste is a hit or miss. Dhaba which sells decent Champaran mutton. Given the quantity they make surely they pressure cook and not all of it is made in the matka. Value for money if you dine in. Best suited for bachelors. Not for families given the clientele who dine in. Worth a try.
Tasty champaran mutton, made it very nice and flavour was nice. Servers are very polite and kind. Atmosphere is normal and clean. Roti was thick and I ordered rice which was very thin
We have been to this place for lunch and I must say that the food was scrumptious ☺️😋 this place has both vegetarian and non vegetarian option, we ordered handi Chicken which as very good, daal tadka awesome, fish curry was also good. It's budget friendly and easily accessible from the main road. The atmosphere inside is average, can be considered for quick food option at affordable and delicious.
I am not satisfied with overall everything specially food served and person in black T-Shirt on billing counter is pathetic. I will write further soon more but completely dissatisfied with service. Pieces served in food and all its completely dull. No quality food only black pepper in serving food. Need to avoid such kind of place. Whether such huge bones are of mutton or beef is under question. Gaay khila raha he.
