The staff is absolutely useless and the delivery service is a complete blot. After making the customer wait for an hour, they say that the delivery boy is not coming and they have to close their outlet, so they cancel the order, it is completely useless.

Located on 3rd floor in Mahagun mall. Not so crowded. Food was ok

The service is pathetic, no digital machine working and staff is also rude. They make you wait and insist on ordering something else after half an hour. They refuse to refund if they cannot provide the item you selected. Plus they refuse to pack your food if something you wish to eat on later after having the meal in the restaurant.

I order through Zomato "Zinger Solo Party Meal". Firstly they didn't complete the order Secondly this is the worst KFC burger that I had. Chicken is not cooked properly.

I ordered the food today and it was smelling very bad as it seems like it was prepared a week back. When I called the restaurant. A lady told me in call that we will not provide any refund, you can do another order. This is how they treat their customer. Finally I visited the restaurant and gave them what they sent to me. Such a shame to brand and their customer support. Guys, please check the quality of food before eating.
