Their after service is good. In the warranty period owner is given me whole new set of charger while I was facing issue with charging in my samsung device, without any hastitation. I must say this is the best mobile and accessories store in motera.

Service Review! They have a separate repair corner and a dedicated so called team for the same. They are just pulling out money from your pocket without goving exact details of part used and stating some another faults when they lack in finding the exact faults. Once your phone is been dismantled over there service centre, it will surely add some other faultsand technical issues which later on complaining will not be addressed by them and state them as a newer problem arising from the owners side. Totally pathetic sevice centre. Please be aware before keeping a step in the store.

Good deal.. the owner made it better then all the possible online offers. Sales staff is generous... Mr Kishorji kumawat helped Crack the deal at best. Thanks to motera stores for ending my soundbar need happily.

Be cautious before visiting this shop. I came in for a simple tempered glass installation, and ever since, I have been facing significant issues with my screen's touch functionality. The responsiveness to taps and gestures has been severely compromised, making the phone very difficult to use. I returned to the shop to show them the problem. Even after they confirmed the touch screen wasn't working properly, they refused to accept responsibility and argued that it was a problem with my phone's display. I regret choosing this shop and strongly advise others to be wary. Not recommended.
