I had a TERRIBLE experience at the MI Store recently. I visited to purchase a charging cable, and even though they HAD THE CABLE IN STOCK, the salesperson showed NO INTEREST in selling it to me. Instead, he RUDELY suggested I buy it from a nearby store! It felt like he might have some sort of DEAL with that store, and maybe even took a BRIBE to send customers there. The staff's behavior was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and MI should seriously INVESTIGATE such people. I’ve never encountered such a DISRESPECTFUL service. This kind of attitude will definitely drive customers away. I WON'T be returning, and I suggest others AVOID this place as well. VERY DISAPPOINTED
