Very bad service, I recently bought Redmi 13 5G smartphone, after using couple of months I found problem in charging the phone, so I drag myself to mi authorised service centre on 17th January 2026. The behavior of the representative is not up to the mark. Unnecessary charging rs 560 for formatting the phone, I have warranty on my phone but still they are not taking my phone for a quick check the representative instant use her charger and after 10 mins charge of my phone, he returns my phone and says that the charging socket is not original, as I have said the charger comes with seal pack box along with smartphone, we had a couple argument on this topic then after I left the service centre with a bad experience and I urge everyone to aviod this service centre and to avoid purchasing Redmi, Realms, Xaomi and one plus phone or tablets. Because all this company's authorised service centre in one roof. Thank you for this behavior. Good luck

The most useless service center in the class. I went here and sat for four hours. My child's mobile phone cannot be serviced now. Even after saying yes, Hera says that she will complain. One Plus company This child service center should be closed.

Very bad experience. The staff at the OnePlus Service Center (Gariahat / Mi Service Center Kakoli and Pouspa) behaved very rudely. I had to sit there for almost 4 hours with no proper service or update. The company should take strict action and remove such employees who treat customers this way. Very disappointing experience!

Review: Extremely Disappointed with Service Experience & most unprofessional staff I recently visited the Mi Service Centre and had a very disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional and rude throughout my visit. Initially, they told me that my power bank was damaged and not replaceable. They then took it inside to “check,” but returned with the same response without giving any clear explanation. I’m not sure why they had to take the power bank inside or waste so much of my time. When I returned home and checked it properly, I noticed additional damage that was not there earlier. I have even marked the portion that they damaged for reference. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. The staff clearly need better training in customer service and accountability. I hope Mi takes strict action regarding this service centre to prevent such experiences in the future.
