Rahul is my go to guy for laptop issues. Had a much damaged laptop which I was hoping to salvage, but he did an initial diagnosis and pointed that it would be a waste to repair it, given the cost of all parts replacement. Can recommend him

Rahul is a very knowledgable technician. Humble and good at heart - always ensures solutions he suggests are to customer's benefit. His service charges are very reasonable and doesnt overcharge for the spares he uses. Highly recommend Techcity for laptop and desktop related support. They also provide CCTV services.

I had gotten my laptop serviced from Techcity in December 2024 when the device suddenly shut down. The team helped me with data recovery and motherboard repair. Mr. Rahul was extremely polite and helpful in clearing all my concerns and the resolution was quick. It has been 9 months after the service (Sept 2025) and I can confidently say that the laptop is still working smoothly without any issues. Thanking the team for their hard work.

Zero knowledge. Refused to make a bootable flash drive using Windows Media Creation tool, though I agreed to pay him 300 for such a small task. Said it doesn't work, and he needs to make it bootable using his own software. Please think before giving your precious gadgets to people with ZERO technical know how.
