This building houses not only LIC but also their housing finance company. Old building well kept and two Bengali newspaper offices of Anandabazar Patrika and Sangbad Pratidin are nearby. Besides two English Newspaper offices that of the Telegraph and Statesman are also located nearby. Very prominent location with eateries, coffee house and electronic parts market is all within striking distance. Lively centrally located area. Must visit.

Too much conjugated place . There is no space for parking

LIC has become an integral part of secured life and future. A must organization that fulfills the need of financial guarantee by carefully investing in appropriate scheme. The building is very old and an important part of central Kolkata. It is well connected by bus and metro routes. Only negative is parking space. If you are driving, make sure you park your car on Madan Street or near Income Tax building. Otherwise suggest to take a Cab. Life Insurance is must and always do careful investing for secured future.
