1. AC was stinking. 2. TV channel were not available. The voice was breaking every 30 seconds. 3. The toilet Gun was broken. 4. The door did not have handle from inside to open or close it. 5. Wardrobes torn. There is no way that I can use your facility next time or refer your facility.

Comfortable and Peaceful. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and relaxing, perfect for both business and family stays.

One of the Worst Hotels I have been in. During the night, I was repeatedly bitten by mosquitoes and insects, making it impossible for me to sleep. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I observed visible cockroaches and insects on the bed, floor, and walls. Additionally, the pillows had white stains of unknown origin, raising serious concerns regarding hygiene, sanitation, and guest safety. The toilet health bidet spray was not working properly, further highlighting the poor maintenance and unacceptable condition of the room. This level of cleanliness, pest control, and facility maintenance falls far below acceptable hospitality and public health standards. As a paying guest, I expect a safe, hygienic, and habitable environment none of which were provided during my stay. I request fab hotels to take this property from your branding as it seriously causes brand trust issues. Now I have to check thrice before going to any FabHotel.

Room's condition is poor. No necessary arr@ngements like towel, dental kit are available. Also no TV remote. TV is not working. Heavy AC noise. Hot water is only warm water. Cleaning is not adequate.

Deeply Disappointing and Misleading I chose FabHotel The Royal Plaza based on the brand name and the photos online, but the reality was a complete disaster. This property is a far cry from "Royal," and I wouldn't even consider it a basic budget stay. Major Issues: • Deceptive Photos: The rooms look nothing like the bright, clean images on the booking sites. The walls are damp, the paint is peeling, and the lighting is incredibly dim and depressing. • Hygiene Standards: This was the biggest letdown. The bed linens were stained, and the pillows smelled like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. I even found hair in the bathroom and dead insects in the corner of the room. • Basic Amenities Missing: Despite being advertised, the Wi-Fi was non-functional for the duration of my stay. The AC made a loud rattling noise all night, and the "complimentary breakfast" was cold, oily, and practically inedible. • Unprofessional Service: The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. Every request was met with a "it will take 10 minutes," but nothing ever happened. It took three reminders just to get a fresh towel.
