The moment I had to opened the box the great owner himself done the needful , reality hit me like a slap in the face—the device had scratches on it. What I saw next day, was as if someone had already dropped it a few times and generously decided to pass it along to me at full price. But the real comedy show began when I returned to the store. The staff, who were all so eager to sell me the phone, suddenly turned into rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful individuals. They denied everything, acting like I was making up the defects just for fun. And then came the grand performance by the owner himself—what a master of deception! He insisted that the phone was “brand new,” refused to acknowledge any issues, and even had the audacity to suggest that I must have damaged it myself! Oh, and let’s not forget the false clause they threw at me! According to them, their “policy” states that once you open the box, you waive all rights to returns or complaints—how convenient! So basically, the moment you touch the phone, it magically becomes your problem, even if they knowingly sold you a defective product! This isn’t just bad business—it’s fraud, plain and simple. Their entire operation runs on false claims, deception, and zero accountability. Consumer rights? Honesty? Legality? All optional in their playbook! So, if you enjoy being lied to, cheated, and treated like an absolute fool, go ahead and shop here. Otherwise, stay far, far away before you become their next victim.
