Writting this review on behalf of my friend who is using this services because due to bad internet connection he's page is not loading

No proper service. If payment is done then also they don't update in their system and ask us to pay.

Pathetic. Failing for their earlier reputation of good speed & unbreakable connection. 6,7 hours of outrage in connectivity without acknowledging customer complaint on time.

Worst service provider! If you want to waste your money please go ahead with this company. Their customer service is so bad the people abuse you on call if we complaint. Already filled a police complaint against this company and whoever is the owner please understand customer problems people are paying you for service. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GUYS🙏🏼

One of the worst service provider I have ever came across. No 24/7 support available despite providing internet services in major part of Dadar - East Area. Will make requests to make monthly payment even before due date. Will repeatedly follow up with you during the payment but when the services are affected or down there will be no response from the team. If they expect us to pay for the services they provide to us in time, as an service provider they are entitled to provide full pledged support. Not only during payment. In case of internet services are down, you'll get support only during working hours. Post beyond that a customer will have to wait till next day or directly on Monday if the services are affected on Sunday. If you're unable to make a payment, they will directly shut down the internet services without any prior notice.
