Unskilled & Unethical: Worst place for servicing iPhones. I gave my phone for microphone issue and they said they had to replace the spare. While getting the phone back noticed that the Face ID stopped working. When asked about it they said we did not do anything so it might be the case that it wasn’t working when you gave the phone itself. Wow, what an attitude 🙄 If it wasn’t working already why would I even ask them about it. And the replaced microphone also not working properly after a week. I totally regret my decision of servicing my phone with them. I went to fix mic issue and came out with spoilt Face ID and added to that the replace mic also doesn’t work properly. They are totally unskilled to work on iPhones and most of all very much unethical and unprofessional. So if you’re having an iPhone I wouldn’t recommend this place for servicing .
