DONT TAKE YOUR BRADED WATCHES HERE FOR REPAIR. I had my Daniel Wellington with a lose hour hand. They removed my dial glass and changed it for a very cheap one. Now my watch doesn’t even look like before. Not to mention they left all debris and dirt inside before fixing the glass. I think all the weight of your watch comes from the glass, and they took it out. I don’t even know if they need to change glass to fix an hour hand!

I had a wonderful experience at the watch shop, all thanks to Geetha. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful while helping me choose the perfect watch. She carefully understood what I was looking for, showed multiple options, and explained the features clearly without rushing me.
