Very recently i went to this shop to get some small parts for my diy projects. I bought some potentiometer, its nob, crocodile clips and some more costing below 1k. Next day i again went to this shop after realising that they gave me one potentiometer nob but billed two. I asked the salesman for the same and he simply ignored and told me that i must have misplaced and pretending to get an extra. He even said that we don't need such types of customer. When i asked him to check the cctv footage, he started mumbling and gave me the second nob. I immediately left and shopped for another 5k from N G Electricals in the same vicinity. I would never go there again.

This is the place I would like to avoid completely. I visited this shop today as I was looking for some connectors. They asked for triple the price of the item (closest alternative) which was available online. Upon asking about the price difference, the so-called non-Bengali owner told me "Online sasta dikha raha to wahi lelo, yaha se lene kaun bol raha, mat lo" and the employees are like "lena hai to lo kiuki bas yehi para hai" As I needed it asap I went there rather ordering online. As a level 7 local guide, I believe I did enough roaming and writing reviews that I can easily say that this is the worst place rather they have such high intellect people who behave like they're doing a favor. You may have a good experience because they had the exact thing you're looking for or don't know about the actual price.

Avoid this shop if you want to buy electronic components at cheap price. They will sell you nearly at triple of the market price. I bought one pair of crocodile clips for Rs 20 which is sold for Rs 10 in other places (Later I found out). Try to search in other shops before goint to there.

Got prompt response for Automation & Packaging machine spares. They have good stock of Omron sensors, Unison SSR, Selec PID. Must visit for anything in Industrial Electronic items

Chitting with the coustomer. Peel off the original price tag for almost 50% increase peice. This product price is 250/ in Ezra St, they took 450 from me.
