I went to this store to buy a mobile cover for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The salesperson showed me different options, and I tried to video call someone to help me choose. But the salesperson stopped me and told me not to use video call, and instead to take pictures. That made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. As a customer, I should be able to check the product however I want before buying. This kind of behaviour is unprofessional and makes the shopping experience very unpleasant. I ended up leaving without buying anything because of this rude restriction. Very disappointed.
