I visited the service centre for the green line issue on my Samsung S21 FE. Gayathri Ma'am attended to me and was exceptional. She understood the problem deeply and carefully reviewed my case, ensuring that all company policies were applied correctly. My request for a free replacement device was approved the very next day! This level of service and quick resolution is truly commendable. Thank you for resolving my issue at the earliest!

It was good experience coming here, my adapter replacement was done just within 2 days quickly , which the Service center at Jaynagar 3rd block took months together and yet no proper response.

Excellent service and this is the authorized service shop and only here you will get the orijinal spares for samsung smartphones. I unknowingly replaced with the fake copy in the local shop and it got damaged within a month. Here they diagnosed the problem replaced display along with flex cable and charging socket which was damaged due to water. Prices were very transparent and nominal and they have given me a professional service. Please visit these authorized shops and save your money.
