Unfair and Biased Fare Policy TSRTC recently increased bus pass prices by 20–30% as of 9th June 2025, making it more expensive for regular commuters, especially men and students who rely on public transport daily. Meanwhile, free travel for women continues, creating a growing sense of imbalance and inequality in public services. Instead of burdening paying passengers with fare hikes, TSRTC should focus on inclusive and fair pricing, better services, and transparent communication. Many buses are overcrowded, irregular, and lack basic cleanliness. Raising fares while offering free rides to one section of the public feels unjust to those who have no option but to pay. Public transport should be affordable and fair for all—not selectively free or overly expensive for others.

They roll the shutters early and close before 08:15. They'll say "server not working" when you request them and inform you're coming from very far away, stuck for 1 hour in flooded traffic. Traitors to the nation and public.

Using tsrtc cargo service was good but prices in banner and they charge are bit higher. But simple to send the items in cargo. Be careful when you use the service because packing the item have to be more secure for no item damage.
