I'm facing a problem in my phone "Nokia 6.1+" The problem is phone is getting switched off when calls/volume coming from the phone. So I visited this care centre. The technician name is Shiva. He talks politely. And he suggested to change phone battery, he changed phone battery within minutes. He took Bill. Now phone is working good. Thank you Shiva, thank you Nokia care.

So my phone had warranty... And battery failed so I gave it here they took 35 days approx and gave me my phone back with new battery... So the thing is my phone is of 5000 mah but these guys put 3000 mah battery in it... I didn't notice it at all as it is nokia certified branch ..... U guys understand now my battery runs faster than usual .....

I went there to get my nokia phone rectified. I got it repaired in 15 minutes with politeness. Good service and polite staff.

One of the two Nokia service centre in Hyderabad, and it is in Secunderabad and it is a well known place Ashok Bhopal chamber. I went there for replacement of my earphones. And it took 10 days.. service is too slow..and they do not have alternative parts for replacement.. staff which I encountered was good and well responsive
