Worst service, lost valuable article. Deliver person is waste he doesn't know importance of post. He never calls to number for speed post. No guarantee of delivery. Don't know how management is entertaining it
I want to give below 1 rating. They have returned courier without calling or intimating to the customers and they have mentioned the reason for return the courier by saying No such person.

Worst people... They returned my parcel without calling me 🤔...if u want to collect ur parcel, u have to go to their office.. they will not deliver, they think they are ambani, they only knows how to sit well in their desk... worst experience...govt should take action...
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by India Post. My recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating. According to the online tracking system, my parcel was marked as “Delivered,” but in reality, it was never delivered to me. Naturally, I was very confused and worried, as the status showed it had reached me, while I had received nothing. To clear the matter, I personally went to the local post office, only to find out that my parcel was lying there unattended. No one had bothered to deliver it to my address, and yet the system falsely showed “Delivered.” This is not just a minor error – it is highly irresponsible, misleading, and unprofessional. Such mistakes can cause panic for customers, especially when the parcel contains something important or valuable. When I confronted the staff, all they had to say was a simple “sorry.” But a casual apology does not solve the problem. Customers trust India Post to handle their parcels with care and deliver them on time. Instead, what I experienced was negligence, lack of accountability, and a clear gap in their service quality. If I hadn’t gone to the post office myself, I might have lost my parcel completely. This kind of careless handling damages the trust that people place in India Post. A government service that is supposed to set an example in reliability and transparency cannot afford to make such errors. It’s high time India Post takes strict measures to ensure that delivery updates are accurate, parcels are handled responsibly, and staff are trained to maintain professionalism. I truly hope my feedback is taken seriously, because customers deserve better service, not excuses.
