Worst training school. Bloody thieves. They take your money for a month, promise to give 20 days training and find ways to reduce more no. of days. Staff demands extra money if you want to have full days training.

I had an excellent experience at new mumbra motor driving. The instructors were professional, patient, and provided clear guidance, making me feel confident behind the wheel. The training were well-structured and flexible, allowing me to learn at my own pace. Thanks to HASAN SIR for expert training. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn how to drive!

Quiet Good Staff., Nicely Appreciated Work... Happy..

I had a disappointing experience during inquiry process with New Mumbra Motor Driving School, mainly due to the behavior and attitude of the owner, Imran. After going through several reviews, it’s clear that many people have faced similar issues, which cannot be ignored. Imran, there seems to be a consistent concern regarding your attitude and way you speak with customers. When multiple customers share the same feedback, it’s worth reflecting rather than reacting defensively. Customer service plays a huge role in any business, especially one that involves teaching and trust. Additionally, the pricing feels quite high compared to the quality of service being offered. There is a need to strike a better balance between cost and customer experience. I would strongly suggest taking this feedback seriously. work on improving communication, maintaining professionalism, and offering better value for money. Otherwise, it may become difficult to stay relevant in the long run.
