The Villas were really beautiful and spacious except for one thing! The builder seems to have no taken care of termites, as termites were causing havoc in few villas!
The so called villas are visually good but extremely noisy. It feels like, the neighbors are literally talking in your bedroom. Some of the neighbors are extremely loud, that too at odd hours. Kids of the entire society come down to play (not in the play area but) in the path in front of the villas at 10/10.30 pm and scream shout at top of their voices. There's an elderly retired army man in the apartment in front who sings lousy eve teasing Bollywood songs at top of his voices. Otherwise, it's well placed and connected to the shops, hospital, petrolpump etc.
