they are very good in service providing, trusted, well mannered, trained staffs and very co-operative guys. every time it is always a very pleasant experience working with them.

I faced lot of problem in this agency.. Today 16 may 2020, I went to the spot, where the cylinder is distributing by mehul bharat gas. but today there is no agency man on the spot except costumer.. Then 30 minutes later, finally we got the information today no man will come to give the cylinder.. But the agency was not give any information itself. I faced lot of time this problem before. I am requesting to the mehul bharat gas, In this days, we are in lockdown. So please try to give regular services.

No home delivery service provide. Or extra charge cylinder delivery

Worst service. I have purchased connection I'm Dec 2018. Everytime they delivered less refill, when I asked to weight delivery boy get offended by saying we will bring weight machine later and deliver cylinder. Delivery manager phone never connects and they charge 50rs for home delivery. I suggest do not take connection from there. I have made complaint against agency also I'll go consumer forum against this lootere. Always weight your cylinder if delivery boy refuse, ask him to bring weight machine and weight that cylinder only. And complain on HP Gas Customer support.

2025 is about to end but there is still a long line at this gas agency...and there is no timetable for gas delivery. It is 8:00 am and the gas man is still unaware of anything...the service is the worst
