And very heavy charge for new gas connection Payment only cash is acceptable here not digital payment. The service of this agency is very bad and also staff member's have rude behavior. They don't know how to talk with their customer. They should teach managment and professional talk before sitting in the office. Agency owner is responsible for these things... They didn't deliver the refill on time and when delivery boy comes at home to deliver the refill, he demand extra 30 rupees for delivery charge..,. This is not first, second, third times, many times they react these type behavior. I am going to transfer my connection to another agency.

I had booked a gas cylinder on Friday, i.e., 16th May 2025. The expected delivery date was two days after the booking. However, today is 22nd May 2025, and I have still not received the cylinder. Meanwhile, the delivery status is showing as “delivered.” I have already shared the delivery details. This has happened to me 3 to 4 times now. How can the gas agency mark the cylinder as delivered without providing a DAC number? This clearly suggests that the gas agency is involved in black marketing of cylinders. Moreover, when they do deliver, the delivery boys often bring cylinders without proper weight, and if we ask them to weigh it, they say they don’t have a weighing machine.
