Gas not delivered. Reason given - bill / memo not raised. Got the delivery only on repeated followup. It appears there is no proper mechanism.

Always delayed supply. Delivery boy does not carry measuring instruments. They only speak and understand Kannada and extremely rude and rowdy behaviour. Do not buy from them To your response- I have already called and complained in your office and at the HP, so, check your database, rather than acting innocent here. Why will I share my consumer no. and address on this public platform? Please dont trust them and don’t buy from these fraudsters. If you are intelligent you would know why so many reviewers are just writing about the delivery time

HP office staff are insisting on purchase of their products, however they were convinced. But they are doing marketing in good way

I tried to shift my hp gas connection here but the staff here was very rude and arrogant. She treated us, customers, like we are her servants. Very bad and rude attitude. They don't know how to treat customers. They acted like they are doing us a favor when it is their job. I don't understand why such good agencies hire such rude and arrogant people who won't do their work and harass customers.

Fine service. Clear with terms and conditions, what will be provided and what will not be provided. Seems like very quick service. I was issued with new connection within a day.
