Very bad and worst experience. I wanted to surrender my connection bcz of relocating to new city. I had called them multiple times for the surrender of my gas connection but they did not help me neither I got my refund back or my cylinder and pipe was not picked too. I had to leave the connection as is and leave the city. It’s always better to take connection from HP or Indane rather than such local people.
