Worst experience ever. Due to negligence and lack of proper treatment, our cat passed away. We deeply regret trusting this doctor. Not recommended at all If you can’t fulfill your duty as a doctor, then shut your clinic and go home.

I am writing this review with a very heavy heart after losing my beloved cat, Leo. I trusted this doctor completely and had been taking treatment for my pet since March 4. Throughout this period, I was repeatedly assured that my cat was “fine” and would recover soon. Despite visible symptoms and my growing concern, no proper diagnosis was made, and the seriousness of his condition was not identified in time. Unfortunately, due to this negligence and lack of accurate diagnosis, we lost him today. I called vet multiple times in the morning when my baby was fighting for life…..the dr. cut my call and didn't reply. As a pet parent, you rely entirely on a veterinarian’s expertise, honesty, and timely action. In this case, I feel deeply let down. I wish more thorough investigation, urgency, and transparency had been shown—it might have made a difference. I urge others to seek second opinions and ensure proper diagnosis when their pet’s health does not improve. No one should have to go through this pain.
