Dr.Madhavi and Dr.Ghanshyam are very good human beings on top of being good doctors. Also all of their team is very caring and very attentive. I stay too far from their clinic, but I make it a point that I take my pet to their clinic for any treatment. Their diagnosis is perfect and treatment works every single time. My best wishes for their newly opened clinic in a bigger place. Most recommended.
Dr. Madhavi is incredibly sweet and genuinely cares for dogs. She has been my pet’s vet since the day I brought him home, and he absolutely loves visiting her! Her diagnoses are always spot on (touch wood), and I’ve never had to make a second visit. Dr. Ghanshyam is also wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, and always patient with my pet. I truly trust both of them for their expertise and compassion. I also loved their new clinic—it’s warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for pets. The staff is very friendly too, which makes every visit a pleasant experience
Dr. Madhavi has healing power in her hands and thorough knowledge in vet dermatology. Our dog Spice a golden retriever was suffering from skin problems from last 2 years. We used different medications and consultations with no permanent cure. But Dr. Madhavi cured it completely in 3 visits ie 2 months. I highly recommend her for vet dermatology problems. I whole heartedly thank her🙏🏻
This lady and her so called partner doctor have just basic knowledge about pets. She does trial and error treatment. No ethics. She killed my smart pet just 3 years old by giving a yearly vaccine without checking. My pet labrador had not a single issue for three years, just used to go to her for yearly vaccination. Don't go by her sweet words and communication, don't risk the lives of your pets believing her.The area of her clinic is a high locality zone,so people do take their pets and hence always crowded, that's probably treatment for small issues, which she treats by her basic knowledge. Don't risk the lives of your pets by taking them to her. A vet and her partner who can't even give a proper yearly vaccine to one of the best dogs in the town and killed her within an hour of vaccination can never be trusted. That too a smart healthy good looking young three years old female labrador. All those who had come in contact with our pet for this three years were shocked and completely believe her mistake committed during vaccination.Let karma take the revenge, she will face the consequences in life for what she has done. Rest is up to you all to believe, rightly said precaution is better than cure, repenting after that doesn't help. I haven't come out of this trauma till today, still currse myself why did I take my pet for vaccination to her on that fateful day, when the yearly vaccination itself was not required, as she was so obedient and had never bitten anyone, leave biting, she never even used to show her teeth to anyone, never even scratched anyone, so calm and quite, but very energetic and active. This lady vet even knew this, used to adore and praise her, but negligence and half knowledge of her as vet killedy my smart pet.She had no ethics even to attend the call after that, by committing such dreadful mistake. Doesn't know as a vet whether she and her partner was taught about ethics which needs to be followed. This is a real fact which has taken place, so do not risk the lives of your dear pets by taking them to her.She is very good at giving excuses.
I cannot express enough gratitude for Pet Wellness Clinic and Derm Centre and the incredible humans behind it—Dr. Madhavi Awale, Dr. Ghanshyam Dudhtara, and the entire compassionate team. Our journey with them includes our three furries—Karma (for whom Dr. Madhavi is truly a godmother), Mira (a life they helped save), and our indie Shama/Cookie. Each experience has been marked by care, dignity, and deep empathy. On 7th January, Kaali, a community dog we care for, was brutally beaten. After basic first aid elsewhere, we rushed her on 8th January to Pet Wellness Clinic. She received nearly 15 stitches, careful treatment for severe lower-limb wounds, and—most importantly—unconditional compassion. The team charged only the most basic amount, reflecting their values beyond commerce. For the entire week since, Kaali has received continued bandaging and care with patience and kindness. Special thanks to Dr. Jolly, Dr. Amee, Saurabh, Sagar, Saahil, and Ankit—you are truly god-sent. Thank you for standing by voiceless souls and the humans who love them. With gratitude—from Kaali, our furries, and all of us. 🐾🙏
