The team was really attentive and made sure my cat was comfortable and getting the care she needed while she was admitted with them. They explained everything clearly and kept me updated on her condition, which really put my mind at ease. Absolutely the best vet experience I could ask for! From routine checkups to vaccinations, every visit here is handled with so much warmth and expertise. The moment that truly won me over was when my cat fell from the 5th floor, I was panicking but the doctor was calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough, guiding me through every step and prescribing exactly the right medicine. Seeing my cat bounce back to full health was nothing short of amazing, and I owe it entirely to this wonderful team. They treat every pet like their own, and it shows in everything they do. It's the best pet clinic in PCMC Pune. Dr Prashant and his team has the perfect Diagnosis and treatment recently my two puppies had a severe gastro they received the perfect treatment and were recovered from it. A must visit clinic when your pet needs the best treatment.

I Highly recommend Dr. Sumedh! He has been absolutely amazing with my mix Persian cat, Kira. We visited for routine vaccinations and to check for ear mites. Dr. Sumedh quickly diagnosed and treated Kira's ear infection, and he even guided me on the best diet plan moving forward. He is incredibly professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Heartful thanks to Dr Vijay who paid onsite visit and administered IV to the baby who was in a concerning state while i feared heat stroke or Parvo. Ibhospitalised the baby at Pet Ozone Pimple saudagar facility. They have facility for hospitalisation and intensive care, so that was very good clean and well maintained. The baby was cared for. She was entrusted to Dr. Sumedh, who treated the baby and he would share her progress every few hours, her videos, medicine and that kept me free of worries but as a pet parent being diabolically apprehensive , Dr Sumedh and Dr. Vijay have been patient with me. Every minute positive or lapse was reported in time without sugar coating or setting false hopes. Options about other treatments were discussed. Their focus on treatment and recovery stayed put. Bharat who would attend to the baby at night too shared her progress. I am elated with the baby's progress and so am extremely blessed to have vets like Dr Vijay, Dr. Sumedh and Dr. Prashant. Thank you all!! I found this baby in a dire dehydrated state along with 10 other 30 days pups in Christian Cemetery Dapodi, Pune on 7th June 2026 around 6:30pm
