Worst service after plot purchase, don't buy plot from them
I purchased a plot from Mangalmurti Vastu pvt.ltd.& I am fully satisfied with payment cycle and support for registration process. Invested my mony on right place .
Cheat developer and sales people. They take booking with false promises and if they are not able to fulfill them they refuse to refund money. Stay away.
Be aware with these guys. They will convenience you for booking. Once you book the plot and try to cancel it (for any unavoidable reasons), they won't refund you or won't even respond. We have suffered and lost money.
Went to check out the plots. After the tour we said that we will decide later. But they insisted we deposit some money. We changed our minds but they are not ready to return our deposit saying it is non-refundable. Exercise caution.
