Regarding Shilpas Suvarna Sampada 2. 1. Mentioned apprived layout. But LP number is just a draft, not yet approved from last 5-7 years. 2. No response from calls. 3. promissed to complete by 2020. But still not done. 4. Material using here is very cheap. All the electric poles of a side are broken and fell down. 5. water, draingage, electricity, parks, name board of plots, road side compond wall, other community facilities promissed are still pending. 6. Found a few wrong markings in the border stones.

It’s been almost 4 years we took the open plot for investment purpose from Suvarna Sampada 2 , Kammadanam Venture near by Shadnagar. The team was accompanied by Anil , Prem & their head Sridhar who were very active till purchase. We blindly trusted them paid each and every penny within 30 days . Now when I visited after 6 months , 2019 there were no boards & few trespassers installed their own boards by Removing companies standees or boards . The watchman confirmed that there’s some dispute going on . I visited their office immediately then on Feb 2020 they took Covid as a reason request to wait for few days for resolution. Now it’s 2023 the story is same and I don’t feel secure of investing in such a unethical and irresponsible company like Suvarnabhoomi Infra developers in future. They didn’t even did the proper markings for plot no 244B . Every time site incharge Naveen comes with excuses. Atleast you people respond and deliver things on time .

Bought a plot in Suvarna Sahara venture 2 years ago and till today they didn’t started the venture development. When ever we ask the MD Sridhar he says it will be done in couple of months since 2years there is zero development. Literally I asked to show my boundaries but even they are not ready to show my boundaries too.
