I order momos here and found cock roach insidebit. I showed it to the person at counter and he denied and started arguing and abusing. This is the worst place to eat and i have seen 2 persons spiiting on someone's order before packing it. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Worst place and service. Ordered 4 vada pav from here costing around 250 from zomato. Got burgers instead of vada pav. Got refund of 50 rupees only. And the restaurant is not picking the call either. Zero stars.

I placed an order from Crisp and Twist, Sector 16, on Zomato. I had ordered 4 items – 2 pizzas and 2 pastas! The strange thing is that I found hair in all 4 items! I immediately complained to Zomato, and they offered a half refund. But it's not about the refund – what about hygiene and the wierd oart is how it can be possible ?? I called the restaurant to inform them about what we received, and the person was so rude! Instead of acknowledging their mistake, he tried to tell me that everyone is eating from there, so how is it possible? Exactly, how is it possible? In every item? Was it done intentionally, or is their food prepared in such a filthy way? After listening to half of what I said, in a rude tone, he simply told me to leave a review! Like, seriously?? and at last we threw all the item..Please guys, be aware!! Don’t, don’t order from here!

Visited the store after reading positive reviews. Have a look at grilled burger. And the smell of oil was just too much to bear. Probably old oil was used to fry tikki and onion. And we took wild exotic pizza as well. Guess what it was over filled with cheese. I will never visit the store again. Its more of a substandard confectionary.

Went there after looking at the reviews but were surprised to see that almost no customers were there. Nevertheless, had veggie pizza (4/5) and aloo tikki burger (3/5). Fast service. Nice to hangout with ur date/ friends to save your pocket.
