I want to give this hotel zero stars. The food was very bad and tasted pathetic. The dosa had a foul smell and seemed spoiled. I ordered it through Swiggy and had a terrible experience

We went for dinner at Sitara’s ground-floor restaurant, not for the hotel stay. The location is on the highway, but parking is a bit tricky since it’s right near the start of a flyover. However, they do provide valet parking, so that helps. Coming to the food — it was below average. We expected much better, but all the dishes were disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations.

Visited this place for lunch and ordered Chicken Biryani and Paneer Biryani. The chicken biryani was fine to an extent, but the paneer biryani was very bland — definitely not what I expected from Sitara. The Ameerpet branch serves amazing food, and I’ve visited it multiple times, so this was disappointing in comparison. For more details and posts: Follow LETSEATHYDERABAD on Instagram and Zomato.

I was been here only for dinner, The ambience is good. Service can be improved it was on week day still the Service was not upto the mark. Taste also is average not at all upto the expectations of sitara grand and the price they charge.

They do not have half menu, we went at 9PM and we have asked for dum biryani and they said they do not have and they said they have fry piece biryani, we asked to get 2, they came back nd said they ven fry piece biryani is not available. And they confirmed there is no rice item at 9PM, They gave reason like a new restaurant named mehfil opened beside sitara, ad most of the customers are tending to eat biryani there and thats why they are cooking less biryani in sitara. This frustrated us and we left the place with out eating biryani there. I suggest if anyone visiting sitara for food , do not go.
