I am disappointed with the service. The pastry was expired, and the order took too long to be received.

They are serving what they show on the menu. All things are tasty and nutritious. That being said, I have been to this place more than 50 times The service has been generally slow. but recently that has been improved. The place can be a little bit crowded since it has an inside sitting of only 8 or 9 people. Last thing is they can try and make their price a little more competitive as they are priced a little high.

Tried Caribbean chicken with curd dip ? It was amazing perfect blend of spices and with curd sauce it taste amazing must try !

That broccoli sauce? Pure magic—fresh, garlicky bliss exploding with every bite alongside the aromatic rice and vibrant veggies. Generous portions left me fully satisfied and smiling. My name is Sunil Choudhary, and during my visit I was attended by Ms. Sharishta Srivastava. I had ordered two pieces of multigrain sub sandwiches while I was quite hungry. I politely requested a few extra slices of cucumber (around 3–4 pieces) considering my immediate need for food. I was informed that as per GreeNox policy, additional slices could not be provided. I completely respect that organizations must follow standard operating procedures and portion policies. However, in situations where a small request is made purely on humanitarian grounds, a little flexibility or empathetic communication can make a significant difference to customer satisfaction. My intention is not to blame the staff, as I understand they follow company guidelines. Rather, I would like to request the policy makers to consider allowing limited discretion for staff in such minor situations, or to guide them with a more empathetic response approach. This would further strengthen GreeNox’s image as a customer-centric food chain. I genuinely appreciate your brand and hope this feedback is taken positively for continuous improvement.
