Service was ok Cleaning was not at all there Food was ok Roti where dam big

Al Nayaab is a small restaurant near the airport road in Pune. If you are very particular about cleanliness, you might not appreciate this place. It has a wide menu with both veg and non veg food. They have a variety of options for chicken, mutton and beef. I called for mutton lababdar and tandoori roti. Very oily food but amazing in taste. The roti is pretty big so you might want to order only one per person. Very reasonably priced. I am rating it 4/5 because the place isn't very clean.

Food was good service also little good. But atmosphere are could be better. And washroom was very dirty

Overall, the food here is quite delightful and definitely a highlight. 🍜 The atmosphere is okay; it's generally clean and has an acceptable vibe. However, the service could use significant improvement. 😔 The staff seemed inattentive and slow, which detracts from the experience. 👎

Worst experience at Al Nayab Hotel. Ordered Irani Chai and it was extremely bitter, tasted like it was burnt or made with old tea leaves. For a place known for Irani Chai, this was a huge disappointment. Staff also didn't seem to care. Will never ever visit this hotel again.
