Beautiful property in luxury segment.Modern residential complex in South Kolkata. Well maintained & well managed. Good ambience inside the complex.

Visited the 1/2 BHK section of Utalika the other day. Good facility overall. The flats were overall good. Airy, given the height that they were in. The balconies seemed a bit small though, given the price range. However, I felt that the corridors could be better maintained. The long vertical open sections which were accessible from the corridors didn't seem too welcome. Kinda creepy to be honest.

Great condo complex with good/great amenities. The pool is gorgeous, the giant lawn and multiple courtyards are pleasant to walk around without having to leave the building. Our toddler loves the playground and game room, which could be maintained a bit better though. Great views from even low-ish floors. Overall a great place to live! Love to visit my in-laws here.

‘Utalika luxury’ it completely defines it's name 💯 Pure luxury and full of facilities. The best thing here I found maintaining greenery everywhere like parking, balcony, pool side, lounges... literally I obsessed with greenery visual and fast lift. Security and proper cctv embedded area so don't worry about security. This is located in that location where you find everything within walking distance --- hospitals, college's, school, Market and lots of Restaurants 🙂 and best thing is here you find Metro station nearby also. Flats are in good condition with proper ventilation. Parking area is well organised with big spaces. If you love to love with balcony and greenery also then definitely go and check the Apartment.
