Staff is good. But office structure is like purani haveli. Need to build new building for office so public n staff will assist each other.
Best thing of ration office is that there is no long queue, our work will done immediately. But bad thing is the ration office is too old and their like dumping yard behind it.
Officials deserve this rating. No help from their side at all. No information desk like we are suppose to know what we have to do. Most importantly agents are lurking around office itself. Don't know under whoses authority?
