We had a very disappointing experience with House of Yanki Banquet. After booking the banquet for our function, the booking manager, Mr. Imran, did not stand by the commitments he made at the time of booking. When we requested him to honor what he had promised, he kept denying the commitments made by him and repeatedly delayed the resolution, saying he would speak to the management and revert within 2–3 days, or at least issue a credit note for our deposit if we cancel our booking. By this time, we had completely lost confidence in him and decided to cancel our booking because we anticipated that even after paying the full amount, he might change his stance again. Three days later, he called saying management had approved our request for adding one starter — but by then, it no longer mattered. I was traveling for work when he kept calling me repeatedly, and when I asked to cancel the booking, he refused to refund the deposit (which I understand), but he also refused to give a credit note of the deposit amount despite his earlier commitment. Overall, while their food might be good, the experience we had with their staff ( particularly Mr. Imran) was extremely unprofessional and stressful. I would not recommend this banquet to anyone who values clear communication and trustworthy service.

Had a great event experience at House of Yanki (HOY) on Commerce Six Road, Navrangpura. The hall has a classy ambience, good service and great food—very suitable for shoots, receptions or corporate gatherings. The location is central and easily accessible. One small point: check for parking and lift access if you have elderly guests. Overall, highly recommended!

Very nicely maintained Banquet Hall. Food is extra ordinary. I will surely recommend for family/corporate functions. Only negative point is No Lift available in the complex, but the team at Apical is very generous to help aged people to enter the hall.

Enjoyed the food and the hospitality. The staff is really on their toes and the service is quick..since you're ery likely to be calling for a sizzler here, they mix and serve the sizzler exceptionally well. Very impressed. The portions are huge and in all likelihood you'll end up overeating or taking some food home. We called for BBQ Sauce Sizzler and it was delicious. Appetizers are also very well done. Chocolate Brownie was generous but there was a burnt taste somewhere which could be done better with little care. I'd say it's slightly expensive overall.
