Little Expensive but good planed society with all ammunities available. Builder is very keen to finish the project and received timely delivery of my project

1. No of towers-12 From A to L ; 2. Amenities- gym, running track, badminton court, basketball court, table tennis, pool , swimming pool, kids playing area etc. 3. Layout of flats are very well designed. 4. Market at walking distance

This is a good society with worst maintenance team. They are charging very high maintenance as compared to any other society and providing all third class services. There internet, d2h service and other basic services is very poor. Vendors are charging very high amount for all services too and providing irritating services only.They don't care about residents issues. Similarly maintenance team are also not at all supportive. Every time they do false promises. DG power is also a mistry here an they're using this service as extra income. Interms of society maintenance...very less and unmanaged green area available, flat finishings is also not good specially washrooms floor and balcony. Lots of restrictions applied on residents. Final advice please think twice before purchasing flat here.

Smridhi society located just behind royal nest. You can try for your dream home or for renting purpose. I personally visited as areawala local guide through my friend and found not good ventilation in mid of society for walking purpose. Overall look and others are ok and you can visit.

It's a decent housing project. Builder supposedly has spent good amount on the amenities and it shows. It has 10 or 11 apartment complex of 20 story each and build quality also looks good. It's located in tech zone 4 of greater noida extension.
