I use to go when it’s opened,pehle bhut accha taste tha aur maintained tha but i jist ate 2 days ago,staff was like unprofessional,bhature itne mote mote and the lassi quality is also soo bad,they degraded themselves.

Received rotten/pungent smell kadi chawal through Zomato—smelled absolutely foul and was inedible. Food safety was totally ignored. Extremely disappointed and will never order from here again. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered 2 plates of chole bhature,they delivered 1 plate chole for 2 plates bhature.i contacted their staff,all I got was that they have packed enough for 2 plates.staff was silent on call like they wanted to me to cut the call.i live like a minute distance away,if they wanted they could have sent me chole.Owner says they do not pack full container of chole because it will get spilled. So,they are deliberately packing less quantity. I now have 1.5 bhature left because chole ran out in front my guests.

As compared to price. The place provides good quantity of food with decent price. In delhi it is not easy to find hygienic food with good ambience. But Nagpals does so. You can a good stomach filling meal under 100.

Revising my 4 star rating to 2 as quality has degraded, it was too oily this time, fresh mango pickle was missing which was replaced by market cheap pickle. Potato in chole were missing, bhature were too oily and sticky this time. ≠========≠÷==================== We went for a lunch, place was empty. Ordered chole bhature and gulab jamuns, they were fresh and nice. Good place to have a quick bite as they offer various combo options too. Ambience was little old/bad, not much lightning or music etc.
