Ordered Butter Chicken Chaap, but what was delivered had no taste and didn’t even seem like chicken or mutton. Really disappointing experience, especially since we’re regular customers. Tried calling to raise the issue, but the response was simply — “We can’t do anything.” That’s not how you treat loyal customers. Hope the management takes this seriously and improves both food quality and customer service.
