I had 1 south indian meals here which was 140 rupees. Taste was good. But the portion of rice was less. They gave rice , 1 puri along with dal , sambar , alu curry , curd , sweet etc. Self service for people sitting at non-ac dining tables. And service is offered for people sitting at ac dining tables. Parking is available for cars and bikes.

We visited this restaurant while returning from Yadagirigutta. From the outside, it looked like a typical Udupi restaurant in Hyderabad, so we decided to stop. However, once we went inside, the space was very small, and when we asked for South Indian food, we were told that none was available. We then ordered North Indian items: tandoori roti, dal (requested with zero spice), paneer butter masala, steam rice, and naan. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, one person brought only the dal, steam rice, and paneer butter masala. The dal was extremely spicy despite clearly asking for no spice. We waited another 15–20 minutes for the tandoori roti, but every time we asked, the staff kept saying it was “being prepared.” We were exhausted by then and had to cancel the roti order. Overall, the service was very poor, the food did not meet our request, and the wait time was unreasonable. We regret choosing this place over other good restaurants nearby. Would definitely not recommend this restaurant

Today, 10th Aug'25 - We have visited here for Breakfast CONS: Very Bad Bathrooms. Stained Commode, No internal lock for commode room, Flush does not work, very smelly Pros: 1. Good Car Parking 2. AC room is very comfortable 3. Good Seating Ambience 3. We took 3 Sets of Poori Masala - Quantity & Quality are good though White chutney is very bad in taste 4. Ginger Tea tasted good 5. Though serving staffs are less, service quality (looks like Assamese) are good.

We recently visited Udupi’s Kitchen, Yadagirigutta, and had a very good dining experience. The restaurant is clean, well maintained, and perfect for families or travellers looking for hygienic vegetarian food. We ordered the South Indian Thali, and it was delicious. The thali had a good variety—rice, sambar, rasam, sabzi, dal, papad, curd and pickle. Everything tasted fresh and had that authentic home-style South Indian flavour. The sambar and rasam especially stood out—flavourful, perfectly spiced, and served hot. The portion size was satisfying and definitely value for money. The staff were polite and service was quick, which made the experience even better. The ambience is simple but neat, and washrooms are clean—something very important when travelling. If you are in Yadagirigutta and looking for tasty, freshly prepared vegetarian food, Udupi’s Kitchen is definitely worth a stop.
