Food & Service like a joke. Service very delaye (1.30 hours). Food quality: Pizza was left raw. It felt like everyone was playing a game with the customers.

I am disappointed with my recent visit to Lapino’z Pizza. The store was not properly maintained. The tables were dirty, and cleanliness was clearly lacking. Hygiene should be a top priority in a food outlet. I hope the management takes this seriously.

Stuff garlic bread was not enough baked refined wheat bread was not also cooked enough i asked them but they didn’t heed on that

Ordered online through app from this Location. I need to say that meaning of La Pinoz is now changed for me. It was the cheapest quality i ever tested with La Pinoz. Thinnest Pizza ever. I was confused that was it Thin Crust? Cheese was totally missing in cheesy 7. In English Retreat also layer was thin and toppings were less... Disappointed

I placed my order at 7:47 PM, and it 9.30 pm hasn’t been delivered.around 2 hrs. If you cannot provide proper service, why are you accepting orders? This is completely unprofessional. I have proof that the order was never delivered, and the worst part is no one is answering the calls. This shows a complete lack of responsibility towards customers. This is a very bad and frustrating experience. Poor service, no response, and no accountability. I would not recommend ordering from here if this is how customers are treated.i missed call 13+.no one answered single call.
