Biriyani was below average..butter chicken tastes like sour curry and costs high..nan was good..not worth for the money we r paying..no taste at all..
I ordered a full Hyderabadi Biryani through Swiggy. The quantity was good—enough for two people—but I was disappointed to find only two pieces of meat. The biryani was made with basmati rice, which I personally don’t prefer. However, for those who enjoy basmati rice, it might be a good option. Overall, it was an average experience—decent portion size but not quite satisfying in terms of meat quantity and personal taste.
Unlike other branches this was not welcoming old board with name almost invisible. A/c is off during peak Sunday afternoon lunch time. Wash basin area is not hygienic. Food was not that tasty comparatively with repeated enquiries to be made on get order or remaining items. Not a great experience.
I visited the Hyderabad Biryani House yesterday with high hopes for authentic, flavorful biryani, and the experience was a study in contrasts. While the food lives up to the name in flavor, the overall dining experience leaves much to be desired. Food: ★★★☆☆ (Solid but Inconsistent) The biryani is genuinely the reason to come here. It was aromatic, well-spiced, and delivered on authentic flavor. However, the experience was mixed: while the rice and spices were excellent, the meat (I had the Chicken Biryani) was noticeably chewy and inconsistent—a major drawback that prevented the dish from being truly great. Service: ★★★☆☆ (Functional) The service was perfectly functional and efficient. The staff were polite, our order was taken quickly, and the food arrived promptly. There was nothing exceptional or overly attentive about the service—it was transactional and adequate, which, for a casual biryani house, is absolutely fine. They get the job done without hassle. Atmosphere: ★☆☆☆☆ (Poor) Unfortunately, the atmosphere is where this restaurant struggles significantly. The single star reflects a dining area that is sparse, uncomfortable, and severely lacking in ambiance. The seating is old school, the lighting is harsh and utilitarian, and the space feels less like a restaurant and more like a hurried waiting room. It’s clear that little attention has been paid to the decor or making the space welcoming. If you value a pleasant setting for your meal, dining in here will be a letdown.
The taste of hyderabad biriyani was not at all like Hyderabad biriyani, it tasted like lighter version of Meghna biriyani. It was spicy, but manageable. We did a take away of boneless hyderabad biriyani family pack. Which includes 18 piece of small boneless chicken. Had a good Quantity of rice. But It was not authentic hyderabad biriyani. That is why I am giving it 3 stars.
