I had best fusion food which is so unique in Ahmedabad. Must try Sitafal Cream and Kulhad Pizza… In one word it’s Awesome 🥰😍❤️

The best fusion food ever.. And best hospitality.. We have ordered pasta, kulhad pizza and cheese cheesing chat and sitaram cream... all taste were fresh and good..And they are very hard working.. keep it up guys..

This Kulhad pizza is soo yummy. Firstly, the vendor makes the filling consisting of corn, tomatoes, pizza bread, paneer/capsicum, and three different types of sauces. There’s a special masala also which is added later in this mixture with oregano. After mixing them well with a spoon, the vendor then fills clay pots with it. A handful of cheese is added, along with the sauces, and then another layer of the pizza filling is added. Before keeping the Kulhads in the oven, a layer of Mozzarella cheese is sprinkled on it with their special masala. Once the Kulhads are taken out from the oven, they are served on a disposable plate, and oooh, the final look is all cheesy, and crazy!
