Extremely poor service and completely unprofessional. I gave two jackets for dry cleaning, but they only did steam ironing — collars and cuffs were still dirty. First they denied the issue, then promised to wash them, but again returned the clothes without proper cleaning. They also failed to deliver on time despite repeated promises. Total waste of money. Do not trust this place and avoid at all costs

I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaner. I scheduled a home pickup and provided my details over the phone, but the staff recorded the incorrect contact number. When I attempted to resolve the issue, the staff member, Santosh, was unhelpful and dismissive, choosing to blame me for the error rather than rectifying the profile. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to be responsible for a data entry error made on your end, especially when the booking was made from the very phone number that should have been linked to the account. I found the service to be unprofessional and rude. I will not be using this service again.
