Professional work. Customer friendly

I had a very pleasant experience with this place. The young guy (he said his name was Fazil) who set to work on duplicating some of our keys was very professional, helpful, and appeared to be an expert at manually filing and creating duplicate keys of larger keys that cannot be easily duplicated using their key machine. He made one set of duplicates, respectfully asked me to go home and check each and every one of them. Once I informed him that they all work, he then made the rest of the copies that I had asked for. I found that every single one of the copies worked perfectly. He made for sets of copies for me, totalling about 16 keys. All handmade with a flat file and hacksaw, and all of them work as good as the originals.

Irresponsible and under confident of his own job. Quoting four times more than usual market price.i went twice at the cost of two hundred as till 11.45 am shop was not open then again at 3.30 pm. It was open. I came to know that he didn’t bother to read my WhatsApp msg.which resulted into my double fruitless trip

I had a very disappointing experience with SRS Key Maker. It took over one month just to get one key duplicated, and I had to visit the shop five times, yet the issue still wasn’t fixed. Every time I asked them to resolve it, their attitude became rude and unprofessional. They kept saying they might be able to fix it but were never sure. On my sixth visit, they said they would come to my place to check the issue, so I shared my location and waited two full days—no one came, and they didn’t even respond to my WhatsApp messages. When I went back to the shop, they insisted that I should bring them to my home and drop them back, even though I had already paid for the service. Overall, they showed no respect for my time or money. Poor service, zero reliability, and unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this place at all.
